About me

My name is Eridani Navarro, I was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, a magical place due to its enormous cultural wealth, traditions and craft diversity. Ten years ago, I had the opportunity to leave my hometown and live in different countries, learn about other ways of life, diverse traditions and cultures that have given me beautiful and unexpected experiences. However, being away from home, it has been inevitable to feel nostalgic and deep desire to keep a connection with my origins.

Inspired by my nostalgia, love and pride for my roots in 2015, Arte en Mano was born, a project whose intention is to share the riches of Oaxaca through textiles and accessories handmade by talented Oaxacan and Chiapas artisans using traditional techniques and materials.

We are committed to promoting and recognizing the work and creativity of these men and women who, with love and dedication, capture their interpretation of the world, their dreams and aspirations in each of our products. Our main goal is to help improve their income and family’s quality of life.

We expect the appreciation and enjoyment of our customers to acquire pieces that, in addition to being useful and comfortable, provide culture and tradition.
